When does the sale start and when does it end?
The Under Armour Black Friday and Cyber Week Sale will start on the 22nd of November 2024 and finish on the 3rd of December 2024.
Where can I find gear included in the Black Friday and Cyber Week Sale?

Can I combine the Black Friday and Cyber Week discount with another voucher/coupon code?
Black Friday and Cyber Week discounts cannot be combined with other vouchers, coupons and discounts.
Can I re-use my discount if I return my purchase?
If you choose to return your gear and reorder outside of the promotional period, we will not able to offer gear at the same price.
My discount code doesn't work, even though all the products in my basket are part of the Black Friday/Cyber Week Sale.
Even though a product might be on sale, some colourways may not be discounted. Please double check to see if the colour you chose is on sale.
How long will shipping take?
During Black Friday and Cyber Week, shipping your gear may take slightly longer than usual. We thank you for your understanding and your patience. Click here for our up-to-date shipping information.
What should I do if I didn’t receive my order?
You will receive an automated message once your order has been shipped. You can check our delivery times here (please note that during promotional moments shipping might take longer). Please continue tracking your order here here. If you’re unable to track your order, please contact us.
Can I modify/cancel my order?
Once you place your order, we work quickly to process it. Because of this, it's unfortunately not possible to cancel/modify your order once you’ve placed it. If you receive gear that you do not wish to keep, you can return it. Please see our returns section for more information.
Can I exchange my Black Friday order?
At this moment we are unable to offer product exchanges. However, you can always return your gear and place a new order. Please note that we can't guarantee the same price when you reorder.
What is the return policy during Black Friday and Cyber Week?
The Under Armour Return policy remains the same during Black Friday and Cyber Week. Please refer to our regular return FAQ.
Have you received my return?
You will receive an email confirming when your return has been processed (it may take up to 14 business days). Please keep your return receipt.
When will I receive my refund?
It takes up to 14 business days for us to process your return. You will be informed by email when the refund has been issued (please also check your spam box). After receiving the email return confirmation, it may take up to 5 business days to receive your refund depending on the used payment method. Please remember we do not accept returns after 60 days.
How long will it take to hear back from the customer support team?
Due to the increased number of contacts, you may encounter a delay in reply from our customer support team. If you have received a confirmation number for your request, please rest assured that we have it and will be in touch as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience.
